My wrap keeps tearing or looks lumpy. What am I doing wrong?
Draw the dough strip around the spit in one smooth, even spiral. Leaving a gap between turns tears the dough; overlapping a turn on itself leaves a doughy patch. Aim for turns that sit snug, edge to edge.
How do I know when the caramel is ready?
Keep the spit turning over the embers and watch the colour: too pale means the sugar hasn't cooked (raw), too dark means it has gone past amber into bitter. The embers breathe and gusts of wind cool one side, so keep adjusting rather than holding it still.
Can I replay a night I've already finished?
Yes. Open Route, choose any market you've already visited, and pick a night to replay from its detail screen.
Does Kurtos need an internet connection?
No. Kurtos is fully offline — there's nothing to download, no account, and no in-app purchases.
I turned on the evening reminder but never got it.
Check Settings → Notifications in iOS to make sure Kurtos has permission. If you declined the prompt when you first turned the reminder on, you can re-enable it there.
How do I change the stall portrait?
Tap the wooden sign on the Stall screen, then choose "Take a photo" or "Choose from library." Your picture is turned into a small pixel-art portrait and stays on your device.
